SADDLEBAG SANTAS
SADDLEBAG SANTAS' IS A CHARITY
PROJECT INITIATED BY THE MEMBERS OF A LOCAL HORSE CLUB
THE AIM OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROVIDE NEEDY CHILDREN IN PAHRUMP A WAY TO RECEIVE
PRESENTS TO HELP THEM ENJOY CHRISTMAS. AS WELL IT ALLOWS US TO PARTICIPATE
IN OTHER CHARITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
2011 SCHEDULE
The Saddle Bag Santa schedule is:
Dec 4 (Sunday) Trail ride from the dunes off of Bond St
10 (Saturday) Omoxie at Strickland arena
17 (Saturday) Omoxie at Strickland arena
18 (Sunday) Trail ride from IFA
Dec 4, 10, and 17 will be in the saddle at 10 am.
Dec 18 will start at 12 and end at 3pm. The IFA store is making their patio area available so that we can
conduct our raffle, eat and have a little Christmas party.
More details will be forthcoming.
All events will l include a light lunch .
Cost will be a donation of $25.00 per person .
Raffle tickets will be sold for $1.00 apiece or 6 for $5.00 throughout the Dec-4/18 period.
Drawing to be held at IFA on 12-18.
All funds raised will go to "Christmas the Cowboy Way"
Personal checks can be made out to "Christmas the Cowboy Way" as Ken has opened a bank account in that name.
'CHRISTMAS THE COWBOY WAY' will be providing some personnel to help with the registration, collection of funds, cooking and arena support
